Dear Grassroots Club

Our small-sided games are designed to help players develop at the right age and stage, giving them more touches, more involvement and more opportunities to learn and enjoy the game.

Moving players into the next format too early, even with the best intentions, can mean we miss out on some of those important development foundations.

There’s no need to rush. Players will progress when they’re ready our job is to give them the environment, time and space to develop.

Let them play.
