The girls got off to a great start and really controlled the game from start to finish. The girls won the first (0-1) and second third (0-1) and the final third was equal (1-1) giving a final score of 1-3 win for the Broxburn. The result is not the focus and the things I really enjoyed seeing today was the level of effort every girl put in and the really good passing on a bumpy grassy surface!! This was the girls first game on grass and they should all be very proud of their performance!

This allows us to keep the spirits high and hopefully go into this week training sessions with good numbers!

Today also saw Frankie come and join the team for her first match with us. She done really well and it looked like she loved it.

Well done to all the girls, let’s keep working hard and enjoying it!!

parking is likely to be difficult though there are usually spaces available at the Sainsbury's just over the road(so we have been told). There are toilet facilities in the pavilion though the changing rooms are still closed.
