The improvements just keep coming! With a smaller squad this week, the girls really had to dig deep and show great resilience.

Once again, there were some fantastic moments of both individual brilliance and strong team play. The players worked hard to support each other, both on and off the ball, and it was great to see them making positive attacking moves forward. Even better, when that option wasn’t available, they showed excellent awareness by switching play to the other side.

In front of goal, the finishing was much more clinical. Instead of simply striking the ball with power, the girls looked to place their shots with precision and it made a real difference.

Overall, it was another quality weekend of football. The team even received compliments from opponents who have noticed just how much progress has been made over the past few weeks.
